Aaron Greenberg, CEO and Founder, has spent more than 30 years in the Jewish day camp world, focusing on growth, innovation, excellence, and Jewish continuity. As Founder and CEO of the Jewish Day Camp Network (JDCN), he draws upon his experience leading one of North America’s preeminent Jewish day camps and working with hundreds of Jewish day camps across the continent to help camps strengthen enrollment, enhance quality, develop staff, build community, and achieve their goals. Through JDCN, Aaron connects camps with the expertise, resources, partnerships, and professional network they need to thrive while strengthening Jewish identity, deepening community connections, and helping build a vibrant Jewish future.

Eva has been in the field of disability inclusion for 34 years, working with camps, nonprofits and other organizations to find the best ways include and support individuals with disabilities in their programs, and to create fully inclusive cultures within their agencies and organizations. She has also presented nationally and internationally on best practices for inclusion.

Laurie Ehrlich

Marketing Specialist & Consultant

Utilizing over two decades of expertise in digital strategy, content creation, and social media, Laurie builds sustainable and measurable marketing programs for camps, nonprofits, and independent schools. She is a results-driven and creative thinker skilled at building and innovating on ideas, programs, and teams. Laurie holds a M.B.A. from Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business in New York City and a B.S. from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is a lifelong camper, both overnight and residential. ACA Accreditation Specialist & Consultant

ACA accreditation is the gold standard for camps to demonstrate their commitment to safety and quality and JDCN strives for 100% of its camps to receive it. Walter Synalovski has decades of camp experience, including numerous ACA accreditation successes as well as being an ACA associate visitor. For camps interested in pursuing ACA accreditation that lack the staff to pull it all together, Walter can be your designated ACA accreditation consultant and help to prepare camp for your site visit. JDCN camps interested in becoming ACA accredited receive special pricing when hiring Walter as their accreditation consultant.
