Aaron Greenberg
JDCN Founder & CEO
Aaron Greenberg accepted his dream job in 1999 when he was offered the role of Camp Director for JCC Camps at Medford - the largest Jewish day camp in North America and the camp he attended and worked at while growing up. For 16 years, he worked to increase the profitability, quality and visibility of his own camp and Jewish day camps generally. He was Vice President of Camp Engagement for the JCC Association, where he visited and consulted with 125+ camps throughout North America and represented JCC camps on a continental level. JDCN welcomes all Jewish day camps to this exciting venture, changing the world one camper at a time.
Robby Etzkin
Director of Special Projects
As JDCN Director of Special Projects, Robby helps coordinate the Fall Jewish Day Camp Conference, the JDCN New Day Camp Professionals Conference and more.
Robby received his BA and Masters from the University of Florida. He is a Jewish day camp veteran (Camp Hilbert in Richmond, VA and Shalom Austin's summer camps in Texas), a former JCC Executive Director (Orlando), a guest lecturer at UF, and a presenter at BBYO International Convention, JCCA Professional Conference, Jewish Federation programs, JDCN Conferences, day and overnight camps, and more. Robby currently serves on the University of Florida's Department of Family, Youth, and Community Sciences advisory board and on the JCC Maccabi Games Leadership Committee.
Silvio Berlfein
Your Camp's Staff Engagement Expert
With 25+ years' experience, Silvio creates cohesive programs for staff orientation through dynamic activities – body percussion, games, dance & music – all aimed at making learning enjoyable. He empowers staff with leadership tools and ensures they are well-equipped to lead and engage effectively. A master of Israeli dance, Silvio's inclusive approach makes movement accessible to all, amplifying the camp's energy while fostering an atmosphere of fun.

Inclusion & Disabilities
Eva has been in the field of disability inclusion for 34 years, working with camps, nonprofits and other organizations to find the best ways include and support individuals with disabilities in their programs, and to create fully inclusive cultures within their agencies and organizations. She has also presented nationally and internationally on best practices for inclusion.
