Director of Camp Hoover – JCC of Greater Columbus

The JCC of Greater Columbus is seeking a Director for Camp Hoover, JCamps’ most dynamic location for rising 4th–8th graders. Hoover combines outdoor adventure with Jewish experiences, including archery, ropes, canoeing and kayaking, swimming, sports, arts and crafts, Israeli culture, and Judaics. The Director will lead a talented seasonal team and help create a fun, engaging, and meaningful summer for campers. Director of J & R Day Camp – JCC of Greater Pittsburgh

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the JCC’s flagship day camp program, including camper and staff recruitment, family engagement, staff development, daily programming and operations, facilities and budget management, and community partnerships. The Director will also provide supervisory oversight to the JCC South Hills Day Camp Director, ensuring a consistent standard of excellence, safety, and Jewish values across both camp locations. This position plays an integral role in departmental operations, program development, staff leadership, and execution, while directly overseeing School’s Out Day programs, Afterschool Enrichment Classes, Family & Youth programming, and Birthday Parties. Assistant Camp and Youth Services Director – Camp Kadima, Posnack JCC Davie FL

The Assistant Camp & Youth Services Director plays a key leadership role in the planning, development, and day-to-day operation of Camp Kadima and the JCC’s youth services programs. Working closely with the Camp & Youth Services Director, this position helps lead a high-quality camp experience for children and families while supporting the recruitment, training, supervision, and development of seasonal staff. The Assistant Director is responsible for assisting with camp programming, registration, staffing, special events, field trips, transportation, parent communication, administrative operations, payroll, and community outreach. During the school year, the position also supports the After-School Adventure Program, including transportation and student supervision. This position requires a highly organized, energetic, collaborative, and hands-on leader who is passionate about working with children, families, and staff.

JCamp 180 Program Coordinator

JCamp 180 Program Coordinator 

Reporting to the Director of JCamp 180, the Program Coordinator provides project management and administrative support to a dynamic team that delivers grants, professional development, and organizational consulting services to nonprofit Jewish summer camps across North America. This role supports the team of consultants, the Senior Program Manager, and the Director by coordinating projects, managing logistics, maintaining systems, and ensuring programs and services are delivered on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality. The position requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. JCamp 180 team members work from the Foundation’s headquarters in Agawam, Massachusetts, the New York City office, and remote locations throughout the United States and Canada. This position will be hybrid from the New York City office. The team gathers several times each year for an annual retreat, the JCamp 180 Conference, and Foundation-wide meetings and events.
